Myrka Dellanos
Myrka is an internationally renowned journalist who is best known as the first anchor for the top-rated news-magazine program on Univision Network, Primer Impacto. She has also hosted her own interview prime-time show titled “Exclusively with Myrka Dellanos.” She has won two Emmy’s among many other recognitions in her career which spans almost two decades. She been recognized as one of the Most Powerful Women in Television by People Magazine.
Myrka has also received recognition for her humanitarian work with underprivileged children and youth in the US and Latin-America and she travels extensively as a speaker offering a message of hope, renewal and faith in Jesus.
She also served for a time as an adjunct professor of Journalism at her Alma Mater, the University of Miami and is a published author.
For all of her accomplishments, Myrka is most grateful for her role as a daughter of God and mother.
Sadiel Castro
Sadiel grew up on the island of Puerto Rico, but at the age of 17 he moved to Philadelphia with his parents who are pastors and had a mission in that city. In Philadelphia, he began his career in the world of radio.
Climbing from step to step, Sadiel managed to position himself as one of the most popular radio personalities on Hispanic radio in Philadelphia, where he was the morning host for more than 13 years until he became Program Director of the station.
His travels throughout the world of radio have taken him to work in Philadelphia, Puerto Rico, Orlando, and Tampa, Florida. After so many turns in the world of communications, Sadiel decided that it was time to change his profession and chose the world of digital journalism and television, where in just one year in that profession he managed to win one of the most prestigious awards in journalism–an Edward Murrow Award.
In his free time Sadiel loves to watch Marvel movies and TV series, producing music, comedy, off-road sports, and playing with his dog Kimbo, a French Bulldog.
As it happens to all of us, sometimes we have days that are not so good and one of the bible verses that Sadiel uses to calm those days is Psalm 32:7, “You are my refuge; you will keep me from anguish; With songs of deliverance, you surround me.”
